Project Manager role

Description

Ignace Clarysse executes the following activities as Project Manager:

• Benefit (benefit awareness; aligning benefits to business strategy; estimate; plan, execute and follow-up benefit reviews);
• Budget management (estimate budget; cashflow management);
• Change and issue management (analyze; estimate impact on budget, planning, scope and quality; define priority; plan, execute and follow-up);
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders; project board; higher management; suppliers; subcontractors; clients; end-users);
• Governance (Define templates, standards and guidelines reusing corporate and program governance rules;
• Quality and configuration management;
• Resource management (define roles, role descriptions; select and evaluate resources; assign activities);
• Risk management (analyze risks; estimate impact on budget, planning, scope and quality; define proximity and probability; plan, execute and follow-up actions);
• Scope management (user requirements);
• Planning, controlling, monitoring and follow-up.

• Prince 2 Foundation and Practitioner: 20 may 2010;
